Most property advice is a sales target in disguise
We built RealTTech around a simple constraint: no recommendation leaves this office without transaction data behind it.
In Thane, the same flat is quoted at three different prices by three different brokers in the same week. Nobody shows you the registered transactions. Nobody tells you the tower next door has 140 units simultaneously listed for rent. Nobody mentions that the developer’s last three projects ran eighteen months late.
So we made the analysis the product. Every project we shortlist is scored on seven parameters — location and developer reputation, secondary-market data, demand geography, rental dynamics, last year’s transactions, competing new launches, and per-square-foot price movement. You receive the scores, the data and the reasons not to buy.
Our fee is paid by the developer as a channel-partner commission, so the analysis costs you nothing and you pay the same price you would walking into the developer’s own sales office. When resale is the better buy, we say so and represent you on the resale instead.
Eighty-nine percent of our business now comes from repeat clients and referrals. That number is the only marketing metric we actually care about.
